Smokin Aces BBQ was founded by Kevin Hardin and Dennis Spalding. Kevin and Dennis have been grilling and smoking for many years for neighbors and parties and are neighbors that played in a weekly poker game at Kevin’s house. Kevin and Dennis brought some BBQ to the game and everyone pressed for them to open their own restaurant and Smokin Aces BBQ was born.
