I’m not scared of death, but the process of dying can be quite nasty. I’ve seen it firsthand. We have little in the way of palliative care here in the UK, so I’m off to Switzerland as soon as things start to appear bleak for me. I don’t believe in any life after death.

I’m not scared of death, I know that it’s inevitable and will come whether I like it or not. I don’t particularly like the idea of death, but I’m not afraid of it. I just hope it understands that I want to live for a while.

I am neither scared of death or not scared of it. I will cross that bridge when it comes. If it turns out that what I believe is wrong, then oh well. The same for everyone. Nothing you can do about it when you’re dead. If you are really truly unbearably scared, my other advice: find a religion that has an “afterlife” or some sort of “heaven” and believe in it with all your heart and therefore believing that you will live after death. But, I’m not to convert you; if you’re posting this merely out of thought, then ignore what I just said in that paragraph.
