Who is running the cafeteria?
Paul Johnston is the Two Waters Cafeteria Food Services Manager. He oversees day to day operations at the facility. He serves as SRPMIC’s liaison with ARAMARK, the food service management company that operates the cafeteria. Mr. Johnston has 28 years of food service management experience, including 20+ years in corporate cafeteria-style or related settings in locations such as Wells Fargo Banks, AAA of Michigan, the Detroit Masonic Temple, Henry Ford Health Systems, Honeywell, General Motors, Daimler-Chrysler, and Oakland University’s 8,000-seat Meadow Brook Music Festival.
