RSL is Rocket System Laboratories, Inc. I started RSL 1992 to develop business software applications. RSL was incorporated in 1995. Our major client base is in northern Ohio. Other Ohio areas include Cincinnati, Dublin, Lisbon, Youngstown, Millersburg, Ashtabula, and Sandusky. We have clients in WV, NV, AL, and FL. We have three employees and occasional contract programmers (for custom software projects). 1.1.1 Why has RSL never been seen in any publications (advertisements)? Our business is generated by word of mouth. Satisfied clients speak volumes for the products and services that RSL provides. There is no way to create an article to express those thoughts. We may begin to publish in the future, but we have not found the right place to speak about our products. 1.2 What is PowerBill+? I needed a name to describe the applications that I created.
