Who is Roland Kickinger and what is his connection to Arnold Schwarzenegger and the new Terminator movie?
Roland Kickinger Filling in for Schwarzenegger in Terminator Salvation The first teaser trailer for Terminator Salvation just hit yesterday afternoon and today we gain even more insight into the highly anticipated (at least to me!) project slated for release in May of 2009. Ever since the film’s announcement, a pressing question has been whether Arnold Schwarzenegger would reprise his role in some capacity (even as a cameo). Given the former Terminator’s political standing, I’ve constantly brushed off the possibility. It seems I can continue to do so, since the Clinton News-Record out of Ontario (thanks AICN!) brings us word that Schwarzenegger-inspired bodybuilder Roland Kickinger (seen above) will assume the role that the “Governator” would have otherwise filled.
