Who is responsible if an interlibrary loan item is lost or damaged?
– The borrower is responsible for any damage to or loss of interlibrary loan materials from the time of pick up until their return. Damage should be reported to the Interlibrary Loan Unit immediately; no attempt should be made to repair it. The borrower will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
