Who is responsible for Wanstead Leisure Centre?
Answer The management of Wanstead Leisure Centre was handed over from Wanstead High School to London Borough of Redbridge’s Culture, Sport and Community Learning Service during an extraordinary Governors meeting held on 23 November 2006. This new agreement will ensure that Wanstead High School will benefit from the improved sports facilities, whilst providing the local community with a much needed quality leisure facility.
