Who is responsible for updating the medical information in my MedsFile.com account?
The patient, or his or her designated caregivers, family members, and/or loved ones, are the only people who are responsible for a patient’s MedsFile.com account, and they are the only people who can change or edit a MedsFile.com account. To better serve you, we ask that each patient’s account is logged into at least once per week to update any medical, emergency contact, and billing information. As a reminder, whenever you finish viewing or editing your MedsFile.com account, please click “Log Out” on the upper-right of your screen to ensure your account security.
