Who is responsible for trees in the boulevard?
A. The homeowner is responsible for the maintenance and trimming of trees, as well as mowing of the grass in the boulevard. If a tree or limb has fallen and is obstructing traffic call the Public Works Department to have the tree moved off the street. It is then the homeowner’s responsibility to dispose of the tree. This may be done at the City’s compost site free of charge.
