Who is responsible for transportation should a resident have a routine doctors appointment?
Regularly scheduled trips are provided to various locations at routine times each week. Information regarding these locations and times can be obtained from the Reception Desk and are also included in the monthly calendar. Charges for these trips are included in your monthly residence fee. Personal transportation appointments need to be made with the Activity Director. A fee schedule is available from the Activity Director. Scheduled transportation to physician’s appointments is included in the Lease Agreement, but if it is necessary that a staff member of this community accompany the resident, the community reserves the right to charge the resident for this cost.
