Who is responsible for translating documents from French to English and vice versa?
When you file your initial application in English through IP Australia the IB is responsible for any necessary translations into French and Spanish. This is also true for any subsequent information forwarded through IP Australia to the IB. Any correspondence directly between you and the offices of designated countries must be translated at the holder’s expense. This may include a notification of provisional refusal.
