Who is responsible for TPMS?
All members of the program management team — contractor and government — must be a part of the TPMS integration effort. This is not an independent assessment or reporting requirement. Nor is it meant to prescribe a particular way of managing. By using existing performance metrics and integrating them with technical performance and risk management indicators, both prime contractor and government program management teams are armed with an effective tool to identify specific areas of concern and to take effective action.
