I, Paul Tomblin (ptomblin+generator@xcski.com) wrote the data collector and the waypoint generator. I started off running the server on my home computer (running Linux) behind a cable modem, but due to concerns about the uptime of my cable connection and the bandwidth, I moved it to a commercial hosting site.
