That depends on where the water is coming from. If the water comes from a County-maintained road or County-owned lot, then the County will investigate and determine responsibility. Requests can be called into your appropriate road district. Use the “For More Information Link” to determine your district. Road districts are open from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. For after hours emergencies, please call (410) 222-6120 for all road districts. If the water is coming from your neighbor’s private lot, it would be a civil matter between the two of you.
