Road managment in NSW provides for three categories of roads; State Roads, Regional Roads, and Local Roads. State Roads are the major arterial links throughout the state and within major urban areas. State Roads are the responsibility of the Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) to fund and maintain roads in the Marrickville LGA.
