Our snow removal is taken care of by K.C. Landscaping & Maintenance, a localy owned and operated company. Snow Removal takes place from November through April. They are responsible for the following: • Clear snow from all complex sidewalks, common and private fron walks/driveways. • Plow snow from drive aisles/parking lot once there is a 2″ accumulation of snow and pile in designated areas • Snow removal will occur within 24 hours or less of a snowfall where ever possible. Certain conditions such as amount of snow, blizard conditions, etc. may impact the response time. Please note the following: • Sidewalks and driveways are only cleared once a day. • Vehicles must be removed from driveways on snow days. If your vehicle is parked on the driveway, they will only shovel a path in front of your garage door and shovel your front walk • Snow will not be removed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, or New Years Day • Anything under the snow is not the responsibility of K.C. Landscaping or The Tucke
