A. The NHS Connecting for Health Evaluation Programme was commissioned by NHS CFH through the Department of Health (DH) Research & Development (R&D) Directorate. The Programme is being co-ordinated within NHS CFH by the Education, Training and Development (ETD) Team, and managed for the agency by the University of Birmingham.
