Who is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the creek?
The property owners who back onto the creek are responsible for the maintenance of those portions of the waterway that are on their property. Not all properties that back onto the creek actually have the creek on their lot. Please check the subdivision plat, or contact the Board with any questions about lot lines.
