Who is responsible for the Heat Sensors and Smoke Detectors within my home?
Atlas Alarm tests all Heat Sensors and Smoke Detectors once a year at the expense of the Condo Association. If you have a faulty Heat Sensor or Smoke Detector it is necessary that they are fixed right away. The Heat Sensors are the responsibility of the Association, however, the Smoke Detectors are your responsibility.
