Who is responsible for the easement (area between my sidewalk and curb)?
It is the responsibility of the homeowner to maintain their easement that lies in-between the street and the sidewalk. This pertains to, but not limited by, Trees, grass, irrigation, etc. Please note we have received notice that some residents trees have died in the above listed area and it is the homeowners responsibility to remove or replace the dead tree.
