Who is responsible for the bus stop shelters?

Shelters are paid for, installed and maintained by ClearChannel Communications. They are regularly cleaned and maintained and are cleared of snow and ice. There are over forty within the City of Annapolis and ten in Anne Arundel County with more planned.
