Who is responsible for site and cap maintenance once development is complete?
Point Ruston and the future homeowner associations will remain responsible for post-cleanup operations and maintenance of the cap and other aspects of the cleanup as described in the Point Ruston Statement of Work (SOW), published in August, 2006.
