Responsibility for our community is shared among the Civic Association, LID, and City. Below is a list of who is responsible for different services in The Commonwealth. Homeowners Association • Common property including the playgrounds, pools, tennis courts and clubhouse • Deed restriction violations • Modifications of property • Call Crest Management at 281-579-0761 • Decorative lights – call Crest Management. For regular street lights, write down the pole number and call HL&P at 281-342-5441 LID • Maintains the Levee areas in the Commonwealth • The Levee system includes all of the ponds, bayous, ditches, and lakes in The Commonwealth community.
