The Customer is responsible for shipping charges from the f.o.b. point of merchandise pickup. We have special rate accounts set up with many carriers covering all USA and International Points for your connivance. These charges are to be pre-paid with your order. In some cases customers have established their own accounts with carriers and can make their own arrangements. Customers need to inform us if the shipping address is a residence or a business. This is needed to calculate the shipping charges accurately.
