According to the MoU, the Common Law Admission Test would be conducted by each of the National Law Schools on rotation as per the criterion of seniority. The NLSIU, Bangalore, the oldest of the NLSs conducted the first CLAT last year. CLAT, 2009 will be conducted by NALSAR, Hyderabad.
