Who is responsible for sending the required review documentation to WVMI?
Under the interagency agreement between localities and DMAS, the locality is responsible for sending required materials to WVMI. This should not be confused with situations involving Medicaid reimbursement, in which the facility sends required materials to WVMI for Medicaid preauthorization and review.
