Who is responsible for safekeeping of client data?
Each client is responsible for making and safe-guarding his own data backups. Franwell, Inc. does not back up client data nor do we offer data storage services. While we provide a new database if needed, the new database would be empty, as the client is responsible for putting in the necessary data. We recommend that clients make regular backups and store them off site.
