Who is responsible for reordering serum vials?
The student is responsible but Stamps Health Services will assist by faxing or mailing a copy of the student’s injection records and serum reorder forms. It is the student’s responsibility to pay and to arrange for transporting of vials. What happens if my child graduates or leaves GA Tech temporarily or permanently? The student can request his or her serum vials and copies of records at any time.
