Who is responsible for preventive and other maintenance of the leased vehicle?
As stated in your lease agreement, you are responsible for all maintenance expense, fees, taxes, licenses and inspections. You must maintain the vehicle according to the manufacturer’s maintenance directions, repair any damage to the vehicle, and pay all costs associated with this maintenance and repair.
