Who is responsible for paying the utilities and other recurring annual costs such as property taxes and Homeowners Association costs?
All recurring costs, such as utilities, property taxes, and homeowners association dues are paid by the owners the year before they are due. The first years cost is paid at the closing and subsequent years are paid at the beginning of each year. Solmere is responsible for making such payments from the owner’s pooled funds.
