Who is responsible for paying the service fees to Google Checkout?
During the Agreement Phase of the transaction, the Buyer and Seller would normally negotiate who will pay the Google Checkout fees. Either the Buyer can pay the fees, the Seller pays, or the Buyer and Seller each pay half of the service fee. In the event of a rejection of the vehicle or cancellation of the transaction, the Seller is responsible for service fees, return shipping fees, and original shipping fee if the Buyer agreed to pay.
