The Governor designated the Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) as the state agency responsible for overseeing Georgias workforce system. Within GDOL, many divisions contribute toward supporting the system. Oversight is also provided by the Georgia Workforce Investment Board, local workforce boards, and Georgias Workforce Leadership Association.
