Who is responsible for our storm water and sewer issues?
The responsibility of storm water issues on private property are actually the responsibility of the property owner. However, the city needs to know about your issues so that they can be considered and possibly resolved. Meanwhile, the DSCC and the city are working together to redefine these responsibilities. If everybody in the city has a storm water and sewer issue, then the city as a whole has storm water and sewer issues, not just each individual resident.
