Who is responsible for obtaining the post accident drug test?
YOU! 1. At the time of the accident, you or a supervisor should take the employee to be tested. You must specifically request a drug/alcohol test be performed, as the medical facility may not do one automatically. Know before the accident where you will go for testing. If you need help finding a testing facility, please contact the Fund. 2. Finally, let us know the test was done.
