The tracts of land that surround the golf course can generally be broken down into two scenarios. Land that looks like sand traps and drainage areas is the responsibility of the Country Greens Community Development District (CDD) and the green turf areas is the responsibility of the Eagle Dunes Golf Course. Areas behind the homes on S.R. 437 are the responsibility of the CDD.
