Who is responsible for making racing decisions?

Typically our trainer, Kathy Mongeon (check out her page at: www.kpmongeonracing.com) will make all racing decisions. Our trainer is an expert at what she does and has the best knowledge regarding our horses. It’s what we pay her for. Of course, the managing partners are in constant contact with her and do have input on all racing decisions.
