The e-Channel and the e-Services are a CIC endeavour. The Service Improvement Office (SIO), in partnership with IMTB, is currently responsible for the development and maintenance of the e-Channel. It is envisioned that once all systems are in place, the responsibilities will be transferred to Operations.
