Who is responsible for maintaining and clearing the roads?
ODOT is responsible for all interstates, U.S. routes, and state routes, except inside city limits. All cities must maintain roads within their municipality unless they have signed an agreement with ODOT for its services. ODOT does, however, take care of U.S. and state routes within villages.
