Who is responsible for losses or damages done to the house and its accessories?
Owner who has the schedule usage week is responsible for any damage done to the property regardless if it’s a guest or tenant. We do understand that items do break do to normal usage. Such items such as kitchen plates, glasses etc. have a replacement percentage figured into the annual budget and will not be individually charged. Any storm damage is covered by our insurance policy and deductible.
