Who is responsible for getting the information on our home to MLS?

As part of the listing procedure, you will be required to complete the MLS Data Sheet which is available to you on line. The form is self-explanatory and you will be expected to answer all questions listed. An area is provided for you to describe the features of your home. Direct Choice Realty, LLC.* will forward the Data Sheet to the MLS and facilitate the information on your home going online. After the information is on MLS, you can add or correct any information on your property by emailing any changes or additions to us.
