Who is responsible for getting in touch and ensuring that the mentorship moves forward?
The mentee is responsible for making the first contact, but we expect the mentor to work closely with the mentee to agree to a schedule of meetings and a plan of action together. We recommend you try to establish up front the goals of the mentorship, and a timeline over the course of your 90 day mentorship that suits your schedules.
