Who is responsible for feeding/treating lawns and plants?
A – The Landscaping Contract requires the Landscape Contractor to carry out pre-defined feeding and treatment plans for grass areas throughout the year (see Landscape Services). The Homeowners is responsible for feeding plants and shrubs in flowerbeds, and also for watering both grass and flowerbed areas, as may be required, throughout the year.
