Although the Architectural Control Committee is assigned the task of reviewing building plans, HOMEOWNERS are assigned the task of actually enforcing the deed restrictions. Section 9c of the deed restrictions gives property owners (NOT the Glen-Moor Civic Association) the right to take violators to court. Neither a homeowners association nor an architectural control committee need exist for a homeowner to prosecute a deed restriction violation. Disputes over deed restrictions are handled in County circuit court.
