Who is responsible for developing training materials, and also deliver end-user training?
Both the software contractor and Systems Integrator contractor will have responsibility to provide training materials and development tools for enhancing the training materials. The end-user training delivery methodology will be developed with the SI contractor, but it is expected to be a combination of resources from the vendor, NYFMS and agencies.
