Who is responsible for COSHH?
Executive Directors, Directors, Managing Directors of DSO and Heads of Schools and Colleagues are responsible for ensuring day to day compliance with the Regulations. The County Analyst and Scientific Adviser is responsible for the provision of technical advice and support on COSHH matters to Directorates and the DSO. All employees are required to co-operate with Directorate/DSO management in complying with the requirements of the COSHH Regulations.
