Who is responsible for cleaning sole use dining rooms?
By sole-use dining room, we mean a stand alone dining area which is not used by the school for any other activity, e.g. activities such as an after school club, the area is use only as a dining area. In this circumstance, the area is spot-mopped immediately after completion of the meal service and the area is deep cleaned twice a year by Food With Thought. For any designated dining area which is also used by the school for other activities, cleaning would be the responsibility of the school.
