Council is the responsible authority for cleaning footpaths. Council does encourage shop front owners to assist Council in maintaining these areas in a similar fashion to how residential owners assist Council to maintain residential footpaths/naturestrips.If you are aware of a footpath that needs immediate attention eg for safety reasons or offensive waste, please log a works request either on-line or by contacting Council’s Customer Service on 1300 765 002 or (02) 6378 2850.
