WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLASS COUNSELS ATTORNEYS FEES?
Settlement Class Counsel has indicated that they intend to petition the Court for an award of attorneys fees for their work on behalf of the Settlement Class. Defendant has agreed not to take any position on this request up to a maximum requested amount of Thirty Three Percent (33 %) of the settlement amount. You will not have to pay any attorneys fees or costs out of your own pocket; any amount awarded by the Court will be paid from the $2.1 million maximum amount to be paid by Defendant. Plaintiffs have indicated that they intend to seek attorneys fees and costs, not to exceed Thirty Three Percent (33 %) of the settlement amount.
