Who is responsible for bad outlets/wiring?
BroadbandCTI does not wire homes for any services nor do we warrant or change defective wiring or equipment that was installed by your interior wiring company. I have a billing inquiry/dispute. Please have your account number ready and explain your inquiry calmly to the representative so that they may pull up your account and review the items you were billed for, payment histories and discuss your concerns.
