You (the Lessee) will need to sign a rental agreement contract in part that stipulates the Lessee will be responsible for any/all injuries of those under their care and while the equipment is under rental possession by the Lessee (the Renter). Bounce With Me or its’ owners “will not” be liable for any injuries/death as a result of the Lessee renting the equipment. By signing the Rental Agreement Contract, you agree without reservations to these terms.
